Russell Speeders Car Washes needs a part- time, second shift experienced Mechanical Technician to help maintain our car wash facilities and equipment and provide behind the scenes work that goes into making sure our customers experience a clean, dry and shiny car every time.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
30.00 an hour - Part Time
Flexible Hours upon priority basis and depending upon business location specific needs.
Work will generally be completed between 5 pm and midnight
Some Trade Licenses preferred but not mandatory
This position is for someone who likes to solve problems and keep everything operating efficiently and smoothly in our Connecticut locations in Avon, Bristol - Manchester- Milford- Shelton- Fairfield - Norwalk- Stamford
No college degree required
THE SKILLS WE NEED
Working knowledge of Electrical (single and 3 phase high voltage)
Knowledgeable in Pneumatics, Hydraulics, HVAC, Controls, AC/DC, Distribution panels, Metal fabrication, Arc Welding and Plumbing
High level experience in commercial building maintenance
Self-motivated, organized, production-oriented technical professional
Detail oriented with unquestionable work ethic
Valid Driver's License / Clean driving record
Able to move around easily
Prefers to work outside year round
Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Help maintain car wash equipment and facilities
Perform installation of equipment, components, repairing, replacing, trouble-shooting equipment and buildings
