Position Details
This is an in-office position (NOT remote).
Salary will be negotiated based on experience, with a bonus structure to reward performance.
Responsibilities
Prepare and send quotes for potential orders.
Follow up on leads and inquiries.
Enter and manage customer orders in our system.
Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
Collaborate with outside sales reps as part of your training process.
Requirements
Sales experience is not required—beginner level candidates with the right attitude and drive are encouraged to apply!
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with tools like Google Drive/Docs.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Efficiency in typing and basic math/design tasks.
Basic construction knowledge (measuring experience a plus).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Creative problem-solving and the ability to multitask under pressure.
