About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial-minded Commercial Sales Representative to generate and close new business across our target areas. You will be responsible for building relationships with property managers, business owners, and facility directors – selling commercial cleaning solutions that keep their spaces spotless and healthy.
This is a commission-only role, ideal for someone who’s self-motivated, thrives in the field, and is hungry to earn based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify commercial leads (phone, email, in-person visits, networking)
Schedule walkthroughs and provide quotes (training provided)
Close deals and manage customer hand-off to operations team
Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline using our CRM (ServiceMonster)
Represent Miracle Mist with professionalism and pride
Compensation Structure:

2+ years of B2B sales experience (cleaning industry a plus)
