As a Customer Service & Installer at Bacan LLC, you will play a crucial role in both customer service and hands-on installation tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and providing solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing car wrap installations, managing store operations, and ensuring all tasks are completed with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in-store with their needs and inquiries.
- Handle phone calls and emails, addressing questions regarding prices, deadlines, and materials.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
- Promote and sell our products and services effectively.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
- Perform high-quality installations of car wraps and large format prints.
- Ensure all installations are completed to customer satisfaction and according to company standards.
- Open and close the store according to established procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with installation or large format printing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Reliable, responsible, and flexible with working hours.
- Must speak English & Spanish
