Duties:
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Utilize effective sales techniques both in person and over the phone to meet or exceed sales targets
Upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Maintain Accurate records of sales and customer interactions
Cultivate new opportunities and close inbound leads
Leverage retail partner opportunities
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales
Both B2B and B2C sales experience
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to effectively find new sales opportunities
Upsell and cross-sell products
Knowledge of technology products and their features
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Basic electrical knowledge and experience preferred
Basic generator and hook up knowledge a plus.
