Synergy Solar is one of the top solar installation companies in Connecticut and we are seeking a motivated Lead Generator to support our sales team. This is an opportunity to earn huge commissions without selling.
About this role:
In this role, you will identify and qualify potential customers through Canvasing/door knocking. There is no selling required and this is a very high commission position. First year door knockers usually earn around $3000 per week. Experienced Canvassers/door knockers can earn over $5000 + per week. This is a commission based position. Your primary goal is to build a pipeline of high quality leads and schedule appointments for our sales representatives to close deals.
Responsibilities:
Research target markets and identify potential leads.
Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies. Meet or exceed lead generation goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation or sales is a plus but will train the right candidate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
What we offer:
A very high commission without having to sell anything. The average commission will be about $1000 per lead that is closed by our sales team. The sky is the limit on what you can earn. The hours are very flexible.
