Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative (will consider new motivated sales people) to handle inbound and make outbound sales calls. We expect to generate in-bound leads from our out-bound marketing efforts but must be able to make out-bound calls from our cultivated lists. This is an in-house sales position so there’s on the road—just focus on converting opportunities into sales! If you have a knack for building relationships and closing deals, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound sales inquiries from potential customers, providing information and converting leads into sales.

Make outbound calls to follow up on leads provided, nurture relationships, and close deals.

Understand and clearly communicate the features and benefits of our products/services.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our Hubspot CRM system.

Participate in ongoing in-house training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably handling inbound and outbound calls.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to understand and explain products/services clearly and confidently.

Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Basic knowledge of Hubspot CRM systems and data entry.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Must have High Speed Internet at home or the place you would work from.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a marketing or related industry is a plus, but not required.

Experience with customer service or call center operations is a plus but not required.
