What You'll Do:
Install custom cabinets, quartz/granite countertops, islands, and backsplaces with zero room for error.
Hook up high-end appliances (built-ins, ranges, fridges) and ensure everything's level, secure, and code-compliant.
Read blueprints and specs to match designer plans perfectly.
Team up with our crew for smooth on-site installs—expect jobs in nice homes around Fairfield County.
Keep the site tidy, tools sharp, and clients happy with pro communication.
What You Bring:
5+ years hands-on experience in kitchen installs, ideally with luxury/high-end projects (think $50k+ kitchens).
Killer eye for detail and problem-solving—odd angles and custom fits are your jam.
Tools of the trade (saw, level, drill set, etc.) and reliable ride to jobs.
Physically fit to lift 50-100lbs and hustle on ladders/scaffolds.
Clean background, refs, and CT driver's license.
Bonus: Experience with premium materials like exotic woods or integrated lighting.
