Job Summary
seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Duties
Assist skilled tradespeople in their daily tasks, including but not limited to hardwood flooring installation and finishing, trim carpentry, painting , sheetrocking,
Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
Help with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas.
Experience
Previous experience in a labor or helper role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning new skills.
