I need someone experienced with lawn and garden care to work 8 to 12 hours weekly at groundskeeping. Pay is $35 an hour, cash, plus $30 for a helper when needed, to pay helper the rate you decide (thus, for example, when you have a helper, you earn $65 an hour and you can pay that helper $20 and pocket $45, as you desire). The person interested will like the dependable weekly income until about November. You could work standard hours and some off-hours, allowing you to work another job fulltime and do this work as well, or balance it with all your other landscaping (I would want this to be good for everyone).
I need someone who can (with care and skill) move plants, plant new plants, de-weed, spring/fall cleanings, mulch, trim plants, clear old plants, care for the grounds to assure trees and plants remain healthy, plant new seeds in the “hobby garden”, spray for deer (if you have done it before) and more. If you can mow lawns dependably and well, and bag clippings with your mower, I might add this to the work to mow two acres every 7 to 10 days, but this is not essential at first; we'll see how everything else goes.
The person would have several years of experience at lawn care and can pass along work references. I would pay for all supplies, materials, seeds and so forth but need someone who has their own tools (including mower, if needed) though I can pay for fuel for mower.
