Must be skilled in the following:
General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, painting, installing vinyl floors, unit turn overs, HVAC and carpentry.
1-3 years work related experience.
Have reliable transportation.
Must have the ability to work independently, complete tasks, and meet deadlines for unit turns.
Must be available to respond to weather conditions, on call rotation of emergency maintenance calls after normal business hours.
Responsible for landscaping when needed.
