2) light plumbing, sinks, toilet repairs, diverter and shower, etc.
3) Minor electric, outlets, switches, troubleshoot and repairs.
4) locks, minor landscaping and property management
must have the following.
1) power tools, and regular non- powered tools
2)a working and registered vehicle van or truck
3) Valid drivers licence
4) ability to work 40 hours per week
