Urgent - Looking for experienced plumbers, minimum Mechanic or Jr Mechanic level only. NO helpers. Must be safety certified and legal to work in the USA. Must be experience in plumbing / pipe fitting no other construction experience will be considered. Must be able to work independently and lead a team of apprentice level workers. This is a full time contract job 5 days a week for several months.

Responsibilities:
- Understand the cadence of New construction projects and able to work independently to perform installation of sprinkler piping and mains
- Manage a team of workers, lead by example to meet tight time deadlines, maintain safe and clean working conditions.
- Collaborate with the other construction teams to foresee potential issues, manage changes and adjustments
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems prior to inspections
- Repair or replace broken or faulty pipes, valves, fixtures as instructed on site
- Must have own basic tools
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs and perform tasks on ladders and lifts
- Osha certification required
Experience:
- Plumbing/pipefitting experience only - Jr Mechanic / Mechanic Level of knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of pipefitting / plumbing techniques (sprinkler systems a +)/ safety measures
- Able to manage 1-2 workers if needed and work independently
- Have worked on moderate to large new construction projects
- Able to prep/test and repair issues post testing working on tightly timed projects

Salary: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour
