Candidates MUST:
Have a high level of maritime skills, knowledge, and competency
Experience with carpentry and woodworking
Understand plumbing, electrical, and mechanical marine systems
Sail and power boat experience is a big plus
Be extremely reliable, responsible, and dedicated
Be capable of working efficiently and independently
Love dogs, people, and all things nautical
Salary is commensurate with education and experience, and includes medical, 401k with employer match.
