Part Time Accounts Payable

Part-Time Accounts Payable / Administrative Assistant – Connecticut General Contractor looking for a qualified individual with experience in Accounts Payable as an assistant to our Controller. Individual must be proficient in MS Office (Excel) and experience in Timberline / Sage preferred but not necessary. Duties will include but are not limited to daily input of invoices, purchase orders, documentation, filing & other associated tasks of an AP personnel. Separately, as needed administrative duties of answering the phones and miscellaneous tasks as team support for the office will be required. Hours can be flexible for mutual convenience.
