Greython Construction is seeking a Division Leader/ Senior Project Manager to oversee small to medium sized construction projects in the Northeast with a focus on the Connecticut market. Projects include single family residential remodels, reconstruction, additions, multifamily projects, commercial renovations, ground up projects, and special projects. Average projects range in size from $50,000- $4,000,000. Need individual to oversee book or work, chase down leads, estimate projects (on their own) and build team to complete projects. Must have 15 years plus experience in the Northeastern construction market. Individual must have experience reading plans, estimating, performing detailed quantity surveys and take offs, project buyout, contracting and subcontracting, scheduling (MS Project/ Smart Sheets and/or P6), project management, and supervision.
