Arrive at our modern Call Center by easy commute just off the highway and enjoy free parking.As an Inbound Customer Service Representative you will assist customers with catalog, online, and phone orders through various holiday seasons. You will be measured by the quality of the customer's experience, accuracy, and communication skills.$12.31/hour, paid weekly, including training.Varied start times available, you choose what fits your needs:1st Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm9:00am - 5:30pm2nd Shift10:30am-6pmResponsibilities:Each day's duties will consist of:-Answering customer questions.-Taking accurate orders.-Entering orders in software program.-Investigate and resolve customer issues.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:-Ability to type with accuracy while talking.-Ability to navigate through systems and use multiple software.-Ability to research information while on the phone at any given time.-Professional, friendly, and conversational communication skills.-Willingness and ability to put customer satisfaction first.Education:High SchoolExperience:Entry LevelQualifications:-Customer service skills in call center or retail environment, preferred.-Demonstrated ability in creative problem solving.-Satisfactory completion of pre-employment criminal background and drug screening.
