Fast paced breakfast & lunch shoreline restaurant is looking for prep cook/line cook, full or part time. Prefer breakfast experience, but will train the right person.
Follow timelines for production and delivery supplies
Help maintain an orderly, clean kitchen, storage and service areas, cooler and freezer facilities
Assist line cooks as necessary
Create and follow recipes, including taste and food quality
Assist in washing dishes, silverware, pots and pans during shifts
Knowledge of methods, principals, processes, techniques and equipment used in preparation
Other duties as required
