Responsibilities
Work on multiple food tickets serving them in proper sequence for
Plate final food order for service
Ensure food comes out in high quality while controlling waste
Adhere to nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Keep a clean station and take care of leftover food
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Grill, Oven, Fry, Pantry or Sauté
Accuracy and speed while maintaining quality standards
Ability to multi-task
Cook all food products according to instructions and operating procedures
Solid understanding of equipment operation such as meat slicer, fryer, stove, oven, broiler, hot holding
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience as a line cook
Must speak English
Food Handlers Certificate
