About Seoul Alley Restaurant at Foxwoods Resort Casino
Founded by a passionate team of New York restaurant and hospitality veteran’s with more than 30 years of experience, Seoul Alley’s mission at Foxwoods Resort Casino is to bring the flavors and energy of South Korea’s back alleys, where restaurants, bars and street food markets provide a vibrant atmosphere and an array of food and drink experiences.
Our diverse and accessible menu features both popular Korean street food, traditional Korean cuisine as well as Korean dishes inspired by American classics.
Our contemporary space features a 60 +-seat restaurant and a street food market and bar for seating up to 40+ guests.
As a server, you will be crucial to our success by having keen attention to detail and a sense of urgency to create an appealing environment for our guests. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
Greet customers when they are seated and make sure the table is clean and set
Provide menus answer questions and suggest menu items
Orders and enter them into the POS system
Repair checks and collect payment
We are a team oriented hospitality business, therefore collaboration and supporting other staff members is essential to our success.
Communicate any special needs or food allergies to the kitchen
Perform other tasks as needed by the general manager
Understand our guest-driven culture and take pride in helping to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
