Position: Ophthalmic Technician
Location: East Lyme, CT
Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays (10 AM – 6 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 2 PM) for now.

We are a state-of-the-art optometry practice offering telemedicine services and we're looking for a passionate and skilled Ophthalmic Technician to join our on-site team. If you're eager to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment and provide top-notch care, we want to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For:
A team player who is patient-focused, and fast with a strong work ethic.
Someone who can take constructive feedback and improve and work together as a team
Someone who can adapt and is excited to learn new technologies and techniques.
Prior experience in an optometry or ophthalmology practice is highly encouraged
Someone who can help optimize patient flow and ensure a smooth and efficient clinic experience.
Requirements:
Minimum: High school diploma (or equivalent).
Preferred: Certified Ophthalmic Technician Certification (COT), or similar certification.
Prior experience in an optometry or ophthalmology setting is preferred
Comfortable with ophthalmic equipment and assisting with telemedicine procedures.
What We Offer:
Hourly Pay: $16-$22 per hour, based on experience/certification.
Flexible schedule with potential for a full-time position.

Important Details:
Must be available Fridays and Saturdays (10 AM – 6 PM) and Sundays (10 AM -2 PM) with flexibility to change schedule to full time as demand increases.
