Hiring several House Cleaning Technicians and Team Leaders
This is a W-2 paid job as an employee. This is NOT a 1099 job where you have to pay your own taxes.
Full or Part time
Interviewing on Tuesday, July 16th during the day or July 17-19 after 5:00.
We are now hiring for several new positions to accommodate our rapid growth. Our headquarters are in Johnston, but we may be opening a second location in Sterling, CT soon to service homes in Foster, Coventry and the surrounding areas.
House cleaning technicians start at $13.00 per hour, and team leaders can earn up to $15.00 per hour, plus bonuses, depending on experience. We offer paid training, flexible hours, company vehicles, all of the cleaning supplies and a fun work environment.
Our employees choose cleaning schedules between 24-40 hours a week. Our goal is to become the best cleaning organization to work for in the State of RI and we want you to help us get there, with your excellent cleaning skills.
We pay living wages, bonuses, and we offer opportunities for advancement to team leadership positions for qualified individuals.

To Qualify you Must¦.
Be Dependable and Trustworthy
Have at least 1-2 years of prior cleaning experience
Have a passion for cleaning, with a desire to surpass customer expectations
Bring a background check (BCI) with no prior felony convictions
Have a smart phone
Have a clean driving record and be able to take good care of company vehicles
Able exercise due care when cleaning to prevent damage and breakage
Possess a valid drivers license and be willing to work throughout RI and nearby areas
Be willing to work in homes with pets
Be high energy, detail oriented and able to get along with others
Able to lift up to 35 pounds
Be friendly and courteous to our customers
Work safely and efficiently
Be able to speak, read and write in English. We do offer training certification and cleaning check lists in both English and Spanish.
Ideal candidates will be willing to work additional hours as needed to fill in for other workers time off requests
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Be able to provide references
