Hiring HANDY-MAN
Applicant must be insured and capable of passing a criminal background check. Applicant should have previous experience working as a handy-man and/or in construction and capable of providing references upon request.
Applicant must provide thier own tools and have reliable transportation. Hired applicant will be responsible for picking up construction materials at varying vendors. Additionally, applicant must own a smart phone with camera and profficient at email.
All properties (4 in total) are located within 1 mile of the Storrs Uconn Campus. It is prefered that the applicant live local as responsibilities will include BOTH emergency repairs as well as routine maintenances. Additionally, they must be organized, timely, respectable, and a good communicator.
The applicant will be hired as a subcontractor for all work preformed. Rate of pay is negotiable.
