Apartment community in Plainfield, CT seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team. Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. This is a part time 20 hour per week position with a pay rate of between $21 and $24 per hour depending upon experience.
BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES:
repairs to appliances and fixtures
patch holes in walls
paint building interiors
clean vacant units and interior spaces
miscellaneous carpentry repairs
change locks
grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal
participate in the on call emergency schedule.
