Looking for an experienced person to assist maintenance staff with general maintenance of rental properties in the Bristol, Levittown and Morrisville areas. Will perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks as well as minor electrical repairs, basic plumbing and carpentry. The pay rate is based on skill level.
