Job Details:
Location: Stonington, CT, with work throughout Southeastern CT.
Start Time: 7:00 AM – End Time: Typically 4:00 PM.
Job Type: Full-Time. Weekend work is available as needed to guarantee a 40-hour work week.
Physical Demand: This is an outdoor, physically demanding role. We’re looking for individuals who are ready to take on the challenge.
Requirements:
Experience in landscape, hardscaping, tree work, or similar is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
Ability to operate equipment efficiently and safely.
Strong communication skills – We value clear and effective communication with clients and team members.
Strong work ethic, reliable, and team-oriented.
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Leadership skills are a huge plus for growth opportunities.
