Located in the greater Putnam, CT area our client has been leading the way in precision optics manufacturing for more than 30 years. This role is a critical role in ensuring that our client is only delivering the highest quality products. Responsibilities
-Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on all finished products utilizing measuring tools
-Communicate and document variances to team, leaders and stakeholders
-Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
-Support continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
-HS Diploma or GED
-Experience is a Quality Inspector role or similar within a manufacturing environment
-Proficient utilizations of micrometers and calipers
-Basic computer skills
