Shipping and Inventory Coordinator

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipper & Inventory Control Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is key to ensuring smooth shipping, receiving, and inventory management while also supporting production scheduling and compliance requirements.

What We Offer:

$21.00 - $22.00 / hour

40 hours/week (Monday–Thursday, 4 x 10-hour shifts)

Day Shift schedule: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Every weekend off!

3 paid breaks + 30-minute lunch each shift

What You'll Do As a Shipping & Inventory Coordinator:

Safely operate forklifts to load/unload trucks and move materials

Pick, pack, label, and verify outgoing orders daily

Maintain accurate inventory counts and records

Complete month-end supplies accounting and compliance forms (DSMT)

Coordinate orders, supplies, and vendor documentation

Inspect incoming goods and reconcile with documentation

Assist with scheduling to meet shipping deadlines

Provide material handling support to production teams

What You Bring:

Experience in shipping, warehousing, or logistics (manufacturing preferred)

Valid forklift certification(preferred, but will in-house certify) and proven safe operation

Strong Microsoft Excel skills and record-keeping accuracy

Knowledge of inventory control and basic accounting principles

Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious

Ability to consistently lift upwards of 50+ pounds
