Greenwich family is looking for two experienced, professional Nanny/Personal Assistants to support their family of 5. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for their next long-term fit! You will oversee three children, including driving to activities, helping with homework, preparing snacks, and working with other family assistants to manage schedules and ensure coverage. Someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities. Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation as well as be comfortable with dogs. This is a 4-day week, on-site full-time role, ideally willing to work 1 weekend shift. 100-120K DOE.
Responsibilities:
Managing children's daily schedules, including transporting them to various activities.
Assisting children with homework and academic support.
Monitoring and managing screen time and device usage.
Preparing healthy snacks and occasional dinners.
Supporting bedtime routines.
Collaborating with mother and Personal Assistant to coordinate daily schedules and priorities.
Enforcing household rules and maintaining structure.
Running various errands as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in childcare and household management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication abilities across various platforms and styles.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Tech-savvy with ability to manage emails and activity scheduling platforms.
Valid driver's license with spotless driving record. Must own reliable personal transportation.
Must reside within reasonable commuting distance to Greenwich, CT.
Comfortable around large dogs.
