A large multi-family community is looking to add a Leasing Assistant to their team.
The Leasing Assistant position is responsible for walking potential residents through the move-in process by answering phone calls and emails, giving tours of the property, working with the potential resident to complete the application, and getting the security deposit paid and lease signed. Other duties include communicating with our current residents, entering work orders into our computer system, and other administrative jobs as assigned. Applicants must be able to deliver letters to all current residents as needed, noting that many buildings on the property are three floors high with no elevators.
The Leasing Assistant is responsible for making sure potential and current residents receive the highest level of customer service in the office. The ideal applicant will have a strong record of previous customer service and be able to present a professional appearance in the main office.
Leasing experience is preferred but not required. Very strong computer skills, attention to details, and punctuality are a must. Please submit resume and cover letter to this ad for review. We can't wait to bring someone new onto our team!
