Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative who will help us build and establish wholesale channels. This role will focus on expanding our presence in markets, coffee shops, and other specialty outlets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for quality food, who can independently identify potential partners, build relationships, and personally close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new wholesale channels for our bakery products, including but not limited to: local markets, specialty food stores, coffee shops, and restaurants.

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market presence and brand visibility.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with buyers, managers, and decision-makers.

Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, setting up meetings and presentations.

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and growth objectives.

Act as a brand ambassador at local events, tastings, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in outside sales or business development, preferably within the food and beverage industry.

Strong network of contacts in food retail or hospitality is a plus.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive results.

Knowledge of wholesale distribution and market trends.
