Senior Homecare Agency Sales & Marketing
MARKETING & SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Live Ins for the Elderly provides in-home caregiving services to clients since 1998.
We are looking for a full-time Marketing and Sales Rep, capable of growing strong relationships with referral sources and elderly clients, to market and sell our senior-care services.
Our services help seniors to remain in the comfort of their own homes. The right candidate for this position must be caring and compassionate, and with a marketing degree or prior proven experience in marketing
Responsibilities include:
1. Networking on a person-to-person level in the healthcare community, to gain and maintain the trust of healthcare professionals
2. Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold company reputation and professional manner by selling to existing and or potential referral sources.
3. Meets with families and individuals who are in need of our services, and facilitates the intake process by learning our client's needs in order to match them with compatible caregivers.
4. Participate in area Fund Raisers, Chamber Events, Industry Networking, Public speaking, as needed
5. Be available on an as needed basis for receiving new referrals
Candidate must be a self starter, highly self motivated and take initiative. Candidate must have exceptional communications skills and a high confidence level in making presentations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualifications include effective communication, networking, and presentation skills as well as proven direct sales skills. An eldercare or medical related sales background is helpful but strong candidates with other backgrounds will be considered.
The right individual for this position will be:
1. Like-able & easy to talk with! This position requires an individual who makes a strong first impression of trust, competence, and pleasant nature. You must be also be able to handle rejections well.
2. A College Degree is strongly preferred.
3. Open to meeting new people and working at building new relationships.
4. Must be caring and compassionate, sharing our company's mission of helping the elderly.
5. Superior oral and written communication skills
6. Excellent computer and telephone skills
10. Must be motivated to grow a territory, and build the company's relationships
Job Type: Full-time,
Salary/Commission: 50K plus commission
