About the Role:
- Install valves, drains, pans, and related components for tub-to-shower conversions in residential homes, ensuring a 5-star customer experience.
- Perform precise plumbing installations without demo work or heavy hauling (most jobs completed in 2-3 hours).
- Submit documentation for completed jobs to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold NEWPRO’s reputation for superior craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

- Valid plumbing license in area of operation (Dutchess, Putnam, Orange, or Westchester counties).
- Active General Liability Insurance ($1M) and Workers’ Compensation Insurance ($1M).
- Lead certification (required).

- Reliable truck/van and tools necessary for professional plumbing installations.
