Tiderise Roofing Co. is seeking to add two experienced roofing subcontractor crews to partner with us on residential and light commercial roofing projects across southeastern Connecticut. We are a customer-focused, owner-managed roofing company dedicated to clear communication, integrity, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional crews with proven roofing experience (asphalt shingles required, metal roofing a plus).
- Proper licensing and insurance (liability and workers’ comp certificates required).
- Strong safety record and compliance with OSHA standards (fall protection required).
- Reliable, organized, and respectful of job sites and homeowners.
- Ability to complete projects on time and to high workmanship standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
