I am a senior disabled F in Cornwall Bridge CT. I used to be able to do all computer stuff, but no longer. took me 5 hours to install a new printer and bought this new one for I could not connect my 6 month either. I purchased Norton etc yesterday and after 4 hours today it still in not available to me. Please please help! Diane Lane 860-248-3128
