We are looking for a AM Lead Cook positions for our Ridgefield location. Applicants Must have verifiable experience in a restaurant environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Available for all BOH positions.
Ensure food handling and storage is done accordingly to health department standards.
Maintaining an immaculate kitchen
