Description:
We're seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team maintaining a 47-unit building. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial or residential cleaning and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Clean common areas, units, and amenities
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors
- Clean bathrooms and kitchens
- Take out trash and recyclables
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
- 1+ year of cleaning experience
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for 2x/week schedule
