Line Cook Responsibilities Include:
- Work under the direction of the Head Chef and Sous Chef
- Oversee sassigned areas of culinary production and work service
- Prep and execution of restaurant service, wedding tastings and events
- Ensure that all food, product and cleanliness is aligned with company standards
- Operate a specific station with others or individually per Chef request
- Set up and close out each work-station based on
- Ability to maintain DOH sanitation standards and uphold the cleanliness of the kitchen
- Ability to use Google Suite
We're Looking For a Candidate Who Has:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of prepping and cooking experience in a professional kitchen
- A need to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing, seasonal menus for both our restaurant and on-site events.
- Passion for detail, consistency, and timing
- A desire to learn, grow and evolve as a culinary professional
- The ability to communicate clearly, positively and proactively with all departments to ensure a great staff/guest experience
- Must be able to bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work cleanly and efficiently
- Must be authorized to work in the US
Opening Schedule (Approximate):
- Thursday 10:00am-4:00pm
- Friday 1:30pm-10:30pm
- Saturday 1:30pm-10:30pm
- Sunday 1:30pm-9:30pm
- Monday 1:30pm-9:30pm
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22-24/hour
