Companionship case for male client in his 80's, lives with wife and has one small dog.
focus is on tolieting, bathing/dressing, engagement, possible meal prep for breakfast, monitor blood sugar, go outside for walks, etc.
ambulates with a walker. can be incontinent at times.
Caregiver must have at least two years of experience in home care or facility.
Certification (CNA, HHA, PCA, etc.) preferred but not required
Drivers license and car required.
