Must take pride and ownership in their work
Must be a team player and work well with others

MUST be able to know and use the following equipment:
Push Mowers
Commercial Mowers
Leaf Blowers
Weed Wackers
Edging Tools
Know how to install mulch
Know how to weed flower beds
