We are currently looking to fill positions for landscaping crew members to assist in performing landscaping tasks this upcoming season.
The job is to start immediately.
We are a landscaping company based out of Morris, CT. We are a small company consisting of four crews. Many of our crew members have been with us for several years, and we are looking to add new employees that fit into our business model for the future. We perform high end residential services.
We are currently looking to hire employees for the following positions:
Positions for Lawn Mowing Crew Member-We currently have openings for lawn mowing crew members. This position would consist of performing Spring and Fall Cleanup services at the properties you are assigned to and mowing these lawns throughout the season. We typically work in teams of 3 for lawn mowing services. Experience with mowing lawns and weed whacking would be preferred, but not 100% required. We have newer lawn equipment and are constantly updating our equipment for ease of use, and have detailed notes on all the properties you would be performing services at.
Position for Side Work Crew Member-We currently have openings for a side work crew member. There is an opportunity to be a crew leader within this position, based on experience. This position would consist of performing side work tasks, including but not limited to mulching, hedge trimming, flower bed maintenance, plantings, and more. This position also will assist the lawn crews in the Spring and Fall cleanups during this portion of the season when these services need to be performed, and may be asked to perform lawn mowing services on an as needed basis.
Our general hours are 7-3:30, Monday through Friday. We do all we can to keep these hours and not work on the weekends, with the only exception being when the weather forces us to do so.

Competitive pay rates-Pay rates are TBD based on experience and interview conducted, but competitive rates are being offered for talent.
