Looking for an all around maintenance technician for general repairs and upkeep of small apartment community. Must be "handy" for general building repairs, custodial work and upkeep, including maintaining the grounds (winter snow removal) and lawn cutting. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self motivated, likes a variety of tasks, and likes to be challenged with apartment turnovers, general repairs and taking pride in your work. this does include being on-call for after hours emergencies.
