Upscale Picture Framing Business is looking for a hardworking, motivated self-starter to join our team. Willing to train an interested and talented prospect who has no history as a framer. There are opportunities for growth within the company. Compensation based on experience and qualifications. Candidates must already live in proximity to Millerton, New York. (This is not a woodworking position.)

More details:
Position will begin part-time including weekends and could be expanded to full-time with the right person.
Ability to work with your hands is required. Must learn: to handle and cut glass, mats, artwork mounting techniques. Power drill and many different types of blades and tools frequently used.
Candidate should have enthusiasm, energy and possess a keen sense of style and design.
Must possess good communication, math and computer skills.
Ability to work independently, accurately, carefully and timely.
Develop and learn design skills for custom picture framing.
Must be able to read a ruler with ability to add and subtract simple fractions.
Professional and courteous attitude are required (dress code & safety rules apply).
