What You’ll Do:
Engage and Inspire: Participate in social and recreational activities in both residential and community settings.
Guide and Support: Assist individuals in developing social skills and independence.
Responsibility and Dependability: Manage daily routines and activities, providing consistent and reliable care.
What We’re Looking For:
Positive Disposition: A calm and encouraging attitude that motivates others.
Dependability: Reliable and responsible, with a strong sense of duty.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with individuals, and team members.
Experience Preferred but Not Required: Previous experience not needed. Will train right candidates.
Attention to Detail: Experienced in maintaining high standards, adhering to policies and procedures, safeguarding individuals and property, as well as leading with integrity!
