Were seeking a friendly, motivated, and upbeat Customer Service Representative for our client in Torrington, CT. In this role, you will process orders, answer customer inquiries, and acknowledge and resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers
Schedule and input orders
Communicate effectively and professionally through various channels including phone and email
Remain calm, cool, and collected in a fast-paced environment
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
Ability to perform computer data entry with speed and accuracy
Experience with Epicore ERP preferred
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple phone lines
Pay Range: $18.00-$24.00 per hour, DOE.
