Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve notices from state and federal agencies regarding payroll taxes, insurance policies and other similar items.
Research and present new lines of insurance to owner
Act as an assistant to owner on administrative tasks
Coordinate travel for employees
Develop, organizeand maintain digital file keeping on cloud based server.
Perform other office related tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administrationor other related fields with knowledge of payroll taxes, state and federal agencies, and other similar entities.
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, cloud based file storage and management)
