We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Mechanic who will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and leadership abilities, overseeing the maintenance and repair of various machinery and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with other mechanics and technicians to ensure optimal performance of all mechanical systems.
