Richard Wrightman Design is looking for a senior level furniture maker or cabinet maker who has experience with complex projects including CAD drawings and engineering.
For nearly 25 years we have been producing a unique collection of furniture that includes chairs, tables, beds and case goods. Working primarily in wood, but also metal, fabric and leather, each piece is built to order with precision, the diligence of craft, and impeccable attention to detail.
We are looking for someone with the following qualities.
Excellent organizational skills, retention for instructions and procedure.
Resourcefulness, clear thinking, responsible, being able to work harmoniously within a team.
Interest and self-motivation to work efficiently and produce work of high quality.
Our workshop environment is well-lit, spacious, and clean. We have an active worker safety program that ensures everyone is aware of best and safe practices. We are in a quiet business park, next to a 10-acre field along the Farmington River.
