As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Part-Time Tax Administrator to join our team.Position Overview:We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Part-Time Tax Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax administration, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to balance work with other commitments. This position is temporary just through tax season.Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Maintain accurate and organized tax records for clients.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information and answer inquiries.
Administrative tasks
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless financial processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in tax administration or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in relevant software applications (e.g., tax preparation software, Microsoft Excel).
Schedule:This is a part-time position with flexible hours, approximately 25 hours per week.
