Our competitive compensation and benefit programs reflect Boehringer Ingelheim's high regard for our employeesDuties & Responsibilities He/she will be involved in activities to evaluate the applicability for pediatric programs on the tiny-TIM (TNO Intestinal Model) dynamic gastro-intestinal model (training and mentoring will be given). Research and select drug products with known clinical data and utilize tiny-TIM to compare with published in vivo data. Evaluate which tiny-Tim methods correlate to in vivo data. Collect high quality data and summarize findings for department seminar.Requirements Must be an Undergraduate, Graduate, or Professional Student in good academic standing. Must have completed 12 credit hours within a related major and/or other related coursework. Overall, cumulative GPA (from last completed quarter) must be at least 3.000 (on 4.0 scale) or better (No rounding up). Major must be related to the field of internship.Desired Experience, Skills and Abilities: Experience with various laboratory equipment is required. Experience with general Pharmacokinetics a plus. Experience with Dissolution techniques is a plus. Analytical wet chemistry experience is a plus. HPLC analysis is a plus.Eligibility Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
